B’n’M Poles Celebrates White Diamond Anniversary
Rod company offers new products to celebrate 75 years of serving the fishing community.

This year the company is celebrating 75 years in business. What began as a broom and mop company became B’n’M poles. To commemorate its 75th anniversary a new rod and reel combo was created.
The 75 Series Combo
The 75th Anniversary Seventy-Five Series combo is a 7.5 one-piece constructed pole along with the new 75 Reel. The rod is built from their “secret recipe” high modulus graphite. The result is a rod with extreme strength, sensitivity, and castability. The 75 Series rod is perfectly balanced with 7 guides and a tip with gold inserts and frames made from high-quality gold alloy and a genuine Portuguese cork knob handle.
The 75 Reel completes the combo with 7 ball bearings plus one roller bearing to support the handle axle. These bearings result in reduced friction and an increased speed for casting. Built with a 4.9:1 gear ratio it has a reversible handle for right or left-hand retrieve. The reel weighs 8 ounces with line capacity in pounds/yards of 3/235, 4/190, 6/120, or 8/70.
Pro angler Dan Dannenmueller adopted the rod fairly quickly after it came out. He liked the medium action, good backbone, and the fast sensitive tip.

As they contemplated the 75th anniversary celebration, B’n’M incorporated earlier milestones into the series of 75th anniversary combos. They made a silver-colored combo to signify the first 25 years, a gold one to denote the first 50 years, and the Diamond White Rod in observance of 75 years of excellence in rod building and distribution.
These combos have outstanding aesthetics and perform as well as they look on a variety of different species and for different fishing styles. They were made for crappie but work well on small catfish and all panfish too.
